Five directions

Where the conversation starts

Activities are chosen to suit the event and your organisation's goal.

  1. Present a solution in the context of a real need

Your solution reaches the people who have the problem it solves, not a general audience. The discussion starts from the needs of the administration or the operator, not from the product.

    Possible activities

    • Demonstration
    • Case study
    • Thematic contribution
  2. Contribute expertise on a relevant topic

Bring your team's expertise to a topic that matters to participants, in the programme or in material produced together.

    Possible activities

    • Thematic contribution
    • Round table
    • Jointly produced content
  3. Understand the priorities of administrations and operators

Hear first-hand about the priorities of public beneficiaries and the challenges in their projects: what stage they are at, which funding sources are available and what is delaying implementation.

    Possible activities

    • Taking part in the programme
    • Round table
    • Facilitated meeting, where one is organised
  4. Build professional relationships

Industry evenings set aside time for conversation and sharing experience, in a small group.

    Possible activities

    • Dedicated evening
    • Attending an industry evening
    • Facilitated meeting, where one is organised
  5. Build a dedicated experience with ARSC

Together we can design an event dedicated to your organisation's goal, with the audience, format and programme agreed from the outset.

    Possible activities

    • Dedicated evening
    • Round table
    • Demonstration
    • Jointly produced content

How it works

Before. During. After.

Three stages: what is prepared and what comes out of each.

Before

We agree the goal, the right event and the audience you will reach. We prepare your contribution, its place in the programme and the communication ahead of the event.

During

Your contribution becomes part of the programme, delivered by your team. Your organisation is present in the room and has time for discussions with participants.

After

The resulting materials are published, and we review the results of the activities together.

Step by step

How we build the collaboration

From your organisation's goal to reviewing the results.

  1. We agree your organisation's goal

What you want to achieve and for whom, before any discussion of format.

  2. We choose the topic, audience and format

The event in the year's calendar where your goal makes the most sense.

  3. We define the contribution and activities

What your organisation brings to the programme and how it reaches participants.

  4. We agree communication and deliverables

What is communicated before, during and after the event, and what stays published.

  5. We review the results of the activities

What actually happened, who you spoke to and what continues after the edition.
