About ARSC
The events are part of work that carries on between them.
ARSC helps modernise public administration and develop smart communities through its own projects, products, platforms and services. It brings together public administration, the private sector and experts around concrete needs, from analysing problems and preparing projects to identifying solutions and opportunities for collaboration.
The figures cover the association's work as a whole. Up-to-date figures on arsc.ro.
Our role
What ARSC does between events
It connects administrations with the private sector and academia around concrete projects.
It supports public beneficiaries in identifying funding sources and preparing projects.
It develops and maintains its own digital platforms: the Smart City projects map, the energy projects map, the city index, the solutions catalogue, the ESG certification platform and the training academy.
It represents the Romanian smart city community in European networks and is the national contact point for the Smart Communities Network.
The events grow out of this work. The topics on stage are the topics of projects under way, not subjects chosen separately.

Administration
The Smart City Romania map and the city index underpin the Congresul Primarilor (Congress of Mayors and Local Administration) and the stops of Caravana Smart City, ARSC's roadshow across Romanian cities.
