When your organisation's topic deserves an event of its own, we build it from scratch: concept, audience, programme, speakers, production and communication. So far we have done this in four collaborations, for four different goals.

Vantage Towers

Two events and a platform launch

Goal
Positioning the company within the Smart City community and publicly launching its own platform.
What we built
"Shaping The Future of Technology", 2nd edition, at the Palace of the Parliament, followed by the winter gala in December 2023.
Result
The "Customer Portal powered by Vantage Towers" platform was presented publicly at the gala.

Grupul Framinor

A national forum on the partner's topic

Goal
Putting urban accessibility on the agenda of administrations and public operators.
What we built
Smart Communities Forum 2026, a national forum at Sheraton Bucharest, with Framinor as main partner, an agenda of nine sessions and thirteen announced speakers.
Result
Two publications wrote about the forum's topic ahead of the edition, and the STEP-HEAR system was included in the programme as a case study.

GIV Solutions and Hexagon

Its own summit, in a single day

Goal
An event dedicated to intelligent systems for intensive infrastructure.
What we built
Europe Summit 2024, organised by GIV Solutions in partnership with ARSC and Hexagon.
Result
A full day of keynotes, expert panels and demonstrations, with a closing reception.

A conference at the Palace of the Parliament

Goal
A public policy topic brought before the institutions, with the partner companies in the foreground.
What we built
"Economia Socială în Era Digitală" (Social Economy in the Digital Era), 10 October 2023, at the Palace of the Parliament, by invitation.
Result
Three panels, with the Romanian Senate, the EBRD, Poșta Română, CCIB and two regional development agencies among the partners.

What we contribute

You bring the topic and the goal. We build the rest together.

  • The audience: administrations, operators and companies from a network of more than 450 members and partners.
  • The programme and speakers, with invitations sent by the ARSC team.
  • Production: venue, stage, video recording, photography.
  • Communication before and after, on ARSC channels and to the press.
  • The event page, on its own domain or on events.arsc.ro.

    Topic, format, target audience, programme structure and timeline.

  3. We build the programme

    Speakers, panels, demonstrations, institutional partners.

  4. We produce the event

    Venue, stage, recording, photography, registration and welcome.

  5. What was built stays

    Published materials, press coverage and a page that stays online.
